Take the very same 1-hour back class with 28 safe and effective practices that is taught to 200 students weekly at our centers since 17 years, the European Court of Justice, and centers internationally. Lying on the floor, we strengthen the abdominals with 5 progressive core practices, comfortably lengthen the hamstrings, quads, adductors and psoas, explore simple range-of-motion of the hips, relax in a gentle spinal rotation, and practice hip and spinal extension. By the end, with increased space and improved support, like our students, youll feel relief from chronic pain and discomfort.
